Bubble Gum Cards

Parkhurst is known to most young boys as a bubble gum card company that prolifically issued baseball; fighting; football; and plenty of hockey cards. I am not a sports card fan but Parkhurst also issued some cards that I am interested in. 

The company seems to have started in the early 1950's. From what I can see, they are still cranking out sports cards in 2005.

So what non-sports did Parkhurst issue? Where were they issued? Well now, let's see what we can find for answers.
